BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A Battle Creek man was found shot to death in his apartment early Saturday morning, according to police.
Police said they responded to the Teal Run apartment complex on Horizon Drive around 5:40 a.m. on Saturday and found the 21-year-old victim with several gunshot wounds.
Life-saving measures were attempted, but police said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the shooting is under investigation and there are no other known injuries. They said they don't believe the community is in danger.
