MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. — The Muskegon County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly one-car crash that happened Monday afternoon. They believe alcohol and speed may have been a factor in the crash.

The driver died after he hit trees along N Maple Island Road near N Sullivan Road in Egelston Township after he was "swerving back and forth" between the northbound and southbound lanes, according to the sheriff's office.

Two passengers were also in the car with the driver, but they aren't injured.
