Sponsored: A warning for men who ignore their health and well-being

Men’s Health is important, but often overlooked, as guys tend to be less likely to talk about how they’re feeling and perhaps not as vigilant about routine screening

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich — Men’s Health is important, but often overlooked, as guys tend to be less likely to talk about how they’re feeling and perhaps not as vigilant about routine screenings and physicals.

Dr. Conrad Tobert is a urologist and men’s health physician at Corewell Health and he joined us to share some important reminders for men, including prostate screening, colonoscopy, and when to schedule that physical they’ve been avoiding.

Dr. Tobert also stressed the importance of staying on top of mental health issues, as well as diabetes and cardio-vascular diseases.

He said having a relationship with a primary care physician is critical to keeping men healthy and living longer.
