Holiday Shop Hop 2019
On Thursday, Dec. 5 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. located at Urban You at 756 Wealthy St SE.

Experience a festive shopping event you’ll want to brag about. With free shuttle service connecting Uptown’s four vibrant neighborhood districts, you’ll kick off the holiday shopping season with local finds you’ll feel great about in a community you love to support.

Walker Winter Fest - FREE EVENT
On Thursday, Dec. 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Walker Ice and Fitness Center located on 4151 Remembrance Rd NW.

Bring the family and enjoy pictures with Santa, hot cocoa and cookies, live Reindeer, holiday crafts and so much more. At 7 p.m. there will also be a lighting ceremony with words from Mayor Gary Carey, Jr. concluding the Walker Winter Fest. 

In this season of giving, please consider donating a new toy to our Toys for Tots collection box in the Walker Ice & Fitness Center lobby.

Ada Chili & Beer Festival & Santa Parade
Ada will be hosting there Chili & Beer Festival on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. located at 7239 Thornapple River Dr. SE Ada, MI.

The Community Church in Ada and the Ronald McDonald House of Western Michigan are proud to bring you the 6th annual Ada Chili & Beer Festival! 

On Saturday, Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. located at the Ed Dunneback & Girls Fruit Farm on 3025 6 Mile Rd NW Grand Rapids, MI. 

Friends and family will take a wagon ride out to Santa’s Cabin and take a turn to make your Christmas list known! Parents bring the cameras, there will be plenty of opportunity for photo ops, perfect for your holiday cards. After your visit with Santa come back up to the barn for donuts, cider and some craft time!
